About

REMAX REALTY SERVICES TONY BRAYLEYThis website is the inspiration of myself, Tony Brayley. I’m a sales rep, with RE/MAX Realty Services Inc.

I have a passion for helping people buy and sell real estate and for helping folks achieve their real estate goals. I have over 30 years experience selling real estate in Caledon, Brampton and surrounding areas.

The reason for movetocaledon.com, is simple. With the great changes occurring in Brampton, and surrounding areas, I’m seeing a great many people moving into Brampton and Mississauga, and on the flip-side, a lot of people leaving Brampton &  Mississauga.

Well, one of the areas those folks are considering, is Caledon, Ontario. I’ve decided to create a resource to help people learn what Caledon is all about, and what it offers to people who are considering making Caledon their home.

Caledon is a vast area, with a lot to offer. Realistically, it’s a lot for any one person handle alone. Barb Betts also shares the same passion for the Caledon and surrounding areas market. So, we’ve decided to collaborate on working in the Caledon real estate market. We will be your Caledon real estate agents.

Caledon is such an incredible area, it only makes sense to focus our efforts in this geological masterpiece! Many people have heard of Caledon, or driven through it, but few know all the nooks and crannies! We’re going to showcase all of that here.

A Bit About Tony…

Tony Brayley sells Caledon real estate!

Tony Brayley started his real estate career in 1985 at the age of 19 years old. As he says “It’s the only adult job I’ve ever had!” Once Tony “got the hang” of the business, he knew this would be his career for life.

One of Tony’s hobbies was born from a fascination of the internet; seo (search engine optimization) and social media marketing. Which just happens to be the key to effectively marketing online for businesses. This is a benefit for Tony and his clients. Ultimately, it means superior online exposure.

Growing up and being raised by European parents, meant being brought up by folks who had a work ethic second to none and family values that helped shape Tony’s life.

Being a husband, and a father to three wonderful children (Nicholas, William and Karlee) and a grandpa to two young fellas named Jack and Nolan,  and three beautiful little girls named Rebecca, Emmalee and Abigail, has brought meaning and a clear vision to Tony for his business.Tony Brayley Family

Tony believes in treating his clients the way he treats his family. Tony says “If I wouldn’t live in a certain area or home, I don’t want my clients living there and I’ll tell them so, and exactly why I wouldn’t live there.” Feel free to call Tony when you think you need to. It’s never a bad time to reach out! Call him at the numbers at the bottom of the page, or reach Tony through his contact page. CLICK HERE

A Bit About Barb…

Promoting Positive Community and Volunteering For Seniors!
Barb Betts was born in Orangeville and raised in Brampton.

With over 30 years of sales experience and after thinking about real estate for a long time, Barb became licensed in 2007. In her free time, Barb loves to ride her horse and walk with the dogs!

She delivers “Meals on Wheels” for Dufferin Community Support, in the Orangeville area. As she says,

“Volunteering for this is good for the soul!”

Living in the country, has enabled Barb to experience the differences between City Living and Country Living. As your realtor, Barb will steer you in the right direction.

This is an excerpt from a recent interview with Barb…

“Country living has always been a passion of mine! When I was a little girl my grandparents had a farm and I never wanted to be anywhere else than watching the piglets play or feeding the calves.

So in 1998, I realized my dream and had my own farm in south Mono, with horses and dogs! It was a lifestyle, a freedom and I knew I couldn’t go back to living in a city. Country Life is a better quality of life!Barb and her Horse

Then came real estate, here was my chance to combine country living and sales together!

I’ve always been self employed so to have to drum up my own business, is nothing new for me.

My mission statement has always been, treat everyone the way I expect to be treated, and therefore I am punctual, respectful, honest, patient and caring! I believe these characteristics allow me to do my job without being pushy or overbearing!

Real estate is such a high when the right client and the right property come together and that is what puts the sparkle in my eye!

I like to golf and curl and currently have three horses that keep me busy along with my pug Pepper.”
